Players receive 1 on 1 attention with one of RISE UP’s personal trainers. Workouts are specifically made for each individual client depending on their specific want and needs. Individual workouts will consist of simulating, “game-like” situations that will teach players how to create or take away space by using angles, body contact, and change of speed/direction. We also aim towards improving players defensive/offensive skill sets, athletic ability, footwork, strength/conditioning and overall knowledge of the game.
Players work with a group where each individual will learn and compete with others throughout the training session. Group training will provide some of the same skills and knowledge as individual training but without complete 1 on 1 instruction. Group workouts are a great way for players to use the concepts they will learn in our drills and apply it to “game-like” situations.
Teams players will be provided with a variety of offensive and defensive strategies to excel within a team concept. At RISE UP BASKETBALL, we teach players how to read and react to the opposing teams offensive or defensive schemes by putting players through drills that will replicate different situations that they will face. Explosion training will also be an instrumental part of the work out which includes speed, agility, strength and conditioning. Team training is designed to form bonds between teammates through the hard work each players puts in to reach an overall goal.
RISE UP BASKETBALL offers basketball camps to players in the age range of 6 to 17. A mix of drills and games will be implemented throughout the camp to ensure that each participant has the opportunity to learn new skills and have fun executing them. Each player will receive a camp T-shirt and videos from the camps will be uploaded to RISE UP’s official website.
